A traditional breakfast served in every home in Turkey.  We start freshly brewed Cazbar Signature Tea and a medley of mixed Olives, sliced Tomatoes, Cucumbers, fresh Parsley.  Served along with an assortment of Cheeses, Jams, Butter and Honey.  The hot dishes include Sigara Borek, Toasted Simit (Turkish Bagel with Cream Cheese), Home Fries, Grilled Sujuk, Menemen (Poached eggs in tomatoes stew)

Soft-poached Eggs nestled in a rich, slow-simmered base of ripe Tomatoes, Green Peppers, and Onions, gently spiced with Aleppo Pepper and Olive Oil. Topped with fresh Parsley and served with warm Simit or  Poğaça
