"Baklava"

Over 50 layers of hand-stretched phyllo dough layered with toasted pistachios and butter, then gently baked to golden brown slightly crisp on the outside, and smothered in lemon sugar syrup.  Get a combination of original or chocolate baklava.  Served with whipped cream.
