"Turkish Irish Thing" 

Finely ground Turkish coffee (dark-roasted, cardamom-kissed) cold-steeped 24 hours in a cheesecloth pouch, no grit, just velvet. Pour over ice with Date syrup and a shot of Jameson.  Finish with a cloud of cold-foamed heavy cream and a dusting of the reserved grounds for that final, silky crunch
