Lamb Three Ways $30

"Lamb Three Ways" Succulent baby lamb chops marinated in extra virgin olive oil, Turkish paprika, Iso, and fresh oregano. Hand trimmed leg of lamb marinated in our house blended spice. Adana, as always hand minced with Turkish spices and parsley, then mounted on a wide skewer. All three grilled to your liking and served with Steamed White Rice with Toasted Orzo or Toasted Red Quinoa, Cazbar Signature Salad, cacik and house-made bread.

Adana Iskender $ 24

"Adana Iskender" House Ground Lamb and Beef with Turkish spices and parsley, then mount on a wide skewer and char grilled to perfection. Served over toasted pita bread, yogurt & topped with tomato sauce & garlic. Served with Steamed White Rice with Toasted Orzo or Toasted Red Quinoa and house made bread. If you look closely at the Adana you can see the impressions left that are the markings of being handmade.

Tatli Peynirli Manti $19

Tatli Peynirli Manti, Sweet Potato & Cheese Manti "Turkish Ravioli" Each one unique like a snowflake. Handmade and stuffed with Roasted Sweet Potatoes with a hint of Cinnamon and a blend of Feta, Mozzarella and Cream Cheese. Polished off with sprinkles of Sumac, Mint and fresh ground Pepper and served with cool Garlic Yogurt or Tomato Sauce. They pack a flavorful punch. Served with Cazbar Signature Salad, and house-made bread.

Vegan Manti $20

"Turkish Ravioli" Each one unique like a snowflake. Handmade and stuffed with Spinach. Polished off with sprinkles of Sumac, Mint and Fresh Ground Black Pepper. Traditionally served with cool garlic yogurt or for Vegan, ask for Tomato Sauce. They pack a flavorful punch. Served with Cazbar Signature Salad, and house-made bread. Not Gluten Free.
