Succulent Lamb and Beef, Always Hand Minced with Turkish Spices  and Parsley, Then Mounted on a Wide Skewer and Char Grilled  to Perfection.  If you look closely at the Adana you can see the impressions left by the Chefs fingers as he makes it.
